Cancellation Policy

1. Security Deposit for Damaged, Lost, or Unreturned Items All rentals are subject to a security deposit, the amount of which shall be determined based on the value and nature of the item(s) being rented. - The security deposit is payable at the time of reservation or upon collection of the item(s). - This deposit serves as a safeguard against damage, loss, late return, or failure to return the rented item(s) in acceptable condition. - Provided that all items are returned on time, in full, and in the same condition in which they were issued (normal wear and tear excepted), the deposit shall be refunded in full within three to five (3–5) business days following inspection. - In the event of damage, loss, or late return, the cost of repair, replacement, or additional rental charges shall be deducted from the deposit. Should such costs exceed the deposit amount, the renter shall remain liable for the balance and agrees to settle the outstanding amount within seven (7) days of notification. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal recovery for unreturned or severely damaged items if payment is not received. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations are subject to the following terms: - Cancellations made more than three (3) days prior to the agreed rental date shall be eligible for a full refund of both the rental fee and any security deposit paid. - Cancellations made between one (1) day/ 24 hours and three (3) days prior to the rental date shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the rental fee. The security deposit, if paid, shall be refunded in full. - Cancellations made within twenty four (24) hours of the rental date shall not be eligible for any refund of the rental fee. The security deposit, if applicable, shall be returned in full. - Failure to confirm drop off collection of the item(s) on the agreed rental date shall be treated as a no-show and shall result in forfeiture of the full rental fee and the security deposit.
